On November 2, 2018, The Belt and Road Fund (China) Co., Ltd, WALDISON OIL HK LIMITED and NML SPECTRA LIMITED signed the contract.
The three companies agreed to establish a long-term partnership, sharing information, channels and other resources, providing mutual support, and cooperating in financial services, PPP project investment and construction.
