On July 6, 2018, The Belt and Road Fund (China) Co., Ltd. signed an investment cooperation framework agreement with Xiang Ying Construction Group Co., Lt. in Chengdu. The two companies agreed to give full play to their respective advantages, share information, pipeline resources and provide mutual assistance, and carry out strategic cooperation in financial services, PPP project investment and construction. The signing of the agreement is expected to promote cooperative investments amounting to 15 billion yuan.
